Your retail store, restaurant, hotel or other business can now denote your vaccination requirements on Yelp.
The review platform announced this month that you can add “Mask required,” Staff wears masks,” “Proof of vaccination required” and/or “Staff is vaccinated” attributes to your listing through your Yelp for Business account.
Meanwhile, users will be able to find your business based on these mask and vaccination attributes.
It seems that one of the reasons that Yelp added this feature was because of the number of opinions on vaccinations it has seen from customers rather than actual reviews of the product or service. In fact, Yelp claims it is protecting businesses from “review bombing.”
