How to Communicate to Customers During COVID-19

A study by the American Psychological Association showed that Americans are feeling nervous and anxious because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Business owners need to take that into account when they communicate with their customers. Here is a short video with some tips on your communication efforts when your employees have COVID-19.
