According to the Wisconsin Education Association Council, 82.7 percent of the school funding referendums in the state passed in 2022. In some cases, when a school district’s referendum doesn’t pass, it will try again.

We moved this week after calling 222 N. Midvale Blvd. (the Jefferson building) home for the past 10 years and four months. The need for more housing in Madison led to two office buildings a few hundred feet from us being demolished for apartments in 2021. Now, our building and the adjacent building will be demolished for apartments.
