Whether it’s for convenience, lingering concerns and/or cost savings, hybrid meetings are here to stay.
The goal or purpose of your meeting–whether it’s to make a decision, provide updates, brainstorm, etc.–must be possible to accomplish regardless of the format.
One of your main strategies should be to make sure all people attending the meeting can equally participate, also known as meeting equity. To accomplish this strategy, it’s important to shore up three areas: hardware, software and human behavior.
